Plain language about what Aeveth™ collects, why, and who it touches. The short version: very little, and it isn't sold.
Effective date: June 19, 2026. Last updated: June 19, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Aeveth™ ("Aeveth," "we," "us," or "our") — the Aeveth™ service and its owner — collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or use the Aeveth™ service (collectively, the "Service"). Aeveth™ is operated by its owner, an individual based in Tennessee, United States. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Aeveth™ is an AI service. The Game Master is powered by Anthropic's Claude models — you are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human. To produce responses, the text of your gameplay (your messages and the relevant game state) is sent to Anthropic's API. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected and is fiction for entertainment; do not rely on it as factual, professional, legal, medical, or other advice.
We rely on a small number of vendors ("sub-processors") to run the Service. They process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:
| Provider | Purpose | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic, PBC | AI model that generates Game Master responses | Your gameplay messages and game state (sent at request time) |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting/CDN, security, and Cloudflare Access sign-in | IP address, connection/device data, and (for sign-in) your login email and access logs |
| Web3Forms | Delivers your access-request form to us | The name, email, and message you submit on the access form (processed on U.S. servers) |
Their policies: Anthropic Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Web3Forms Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aeveth™ or others.
We keep access-request details only as long as needed to evaluate and communicate about access. We keep your account email and saved game content for as long as your account is active, and will delete it on request or within a reasonable period after the beta ends or your account is closed. Our providers apply their own retention periods (for example, the access-form provider forwards submissions to us and retains them only briefly).
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or California law; we will honor applicable rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
The Service is intended only for adults (18 and older) and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. In particular, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe anyone under 18 (including a child under 13) has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, and rely on reputable providers, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not track users across third-party websites over time, so we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across different websites through the Service.
The Service is operated from the United States and our providers process data in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
